It is essential you provide your child with their own labelled water bottle. Myself and or any MDP teachers are DBS checked, fully safe guarding qualified and First Aid trained. Mrs B is a fully qualified and highly experienced Dance Teacher. MDPs does NOT accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal property. Or any injuries arising from errors of the child. MDPs holds Public Liability Insurance. Children will go straight to class from dance. Collection can only be by the Parent/Guardian. Pls inform me if someone else is collecting your child or going to before/after school care.
